Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm, or during weekends and holidays, will be processed the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
UK delivery
- Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £200.
- For orders under £200, delivery is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Standard tracked delivery usually arrives within 2–4 working days of dispatch.
Salon furniture & large items
Large items such as pedicure chairs, nail tables and reception desks are delivered by arranged delivery. After you place your order, our team will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery date. Please make sure the delivery address has suitable access for large items.
Collection
You are welcome to collect your order from our London warehouse: Unit 16, Meridian Trading Estate, London SE7 7SJ. Choose "Pickup" at checkout or contact us to arrange a collection time.
International delivery
We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout or quoted on request — contact us at info@acenail.com for a quote. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays, damage & lost parcels
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at info@acenail.com if any item arrives damaged or if your parcel is lost in transit, and we will make it right.
